Team of 4 enrolment
|
Runners must complete their entries through the online enrollment system. Once they have successfully enrolled, the representative of the team should provide the information of each teammate.
If the team representative has to change the information of team mate by his/her own, the team representative must inform the organizer by email on or before 14 February 2024.

Entry Confirmation
|
Successful applicants will receive acceptance confirmation on or before 14 February 2024.
Applicants who do not receive a reply by this date must contact the organizer for entry verification on or before 14 February 2024. |

Corporate Cup, Joint Professional Cup and University Cup scoring system
|
Individuals or teams under the same company / organization / university will earn the following points according to the number of entries and rankings.
• One entry: 1 point
• Champion of each category: 16 points
• 1st runner-up of each category: 10 points
• 2nd runner-up of each category: 6 points
• 3rd runner-up of each category: 4 points
• 4th runner-up of each category: 2 points
The company / organization / university that earned the highest accumulated points will be awarded.

Important Notes
|
- All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once the entry is accepted.
- Late entry may not be accepted.
- In case of event cancellation due to adverse weather or other reasons, the organisers will NOT refund the entry fee.
- Successful applicants should collect their Number Bibs and Timing Chip.
Runners' Pack Collection Date will be announced in due course and these items will not be distributed on race day.
- The race information has been submitted for Government’s approval; arrangement maybe changed in accordance with Government’s requirements.
- The Organisers reserve the right to make necessary changes to any of the above information without giving prior notice.
- The Organisers reserve the right to make the final judgment on the results of the event.

- Chip timing system will be used in this race. Participants need to wear the chips properly to time their results.
- Runners do not need to return their chips after the race.
